Sirens Media, a division of ITV America, is seeking a Equipment Manager and Technical Supervisor to work out of its Silver Spring, Maryland office. The position oversees the management of Sirens’ professional fleet of video, audio and lighting equipment. Key responsibilities include establishing and enforcing equipment policies and procedures; scheduling, tracking and distributing equipment to production staff; technical maintenance; researching and investigating new equipment needs; advising on industry trends; as well as providing technical oversight and assistance company wide. Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of Experience as an Equipment Manager, Director of Photography, or Technical Advisor.

• Deep understanding of audio/video equipment in the cable television landscape.

• Experience working in a high-volume, high-intensity environment.

• Experience managing large teams.

• Excellent written and communication skills.
